Re-sanding & Sealing
Block-paving re-sanding and sealing across North Wales.
Block-paving re-sanding and suitable driveway or patio sealing across North Wales. Surface preparation, drying conditions and a clear written quotation.
Your property, assessed first
Finish the cleaning properly, with suitable joints and protection.
After cleaning, suitable block paving can be re-sanded with kiln-dried jointing sand when the surface conditions allow. Sealing is a separate option, not an automatic requirement. The paving, existing coatings, moisture and selected product must be checked before application.
We would be happy to visit, talk through the options and provide a clear written quotation before you decide.

Straight answers from our team
Re-sanding & Sealing questions.
These are the practical points homeowners commonly consider before arranging a site visit.
Call 01745 299432WhatsApp 07386 147287Can you clean, re-sand and seal on the same day?
Not always. Weather, drying conditions and product requirements determine the sequence. Re-sanding or sealing may need a separate visit; timing is confirmed after assessment.
Does every driveway need sealing?
No. Sealing is optional and depends on the surface, its condition and the finish you want. We discuss suitability and any previous coatings before quoting.
Can all patio joints be filled with sand?
No. Kiln-dried sand is used for suitable block paving; patio slabs may need a different jointing system. We assess the paving rather than treating all joints alike.
